Hi – I’m Carrie.

For decades I silently struggled with a phobia. It eventually got so bad that I reached my breaking point and had to seek help. I tried the traditional path: exposure therapy, counseling, and medication. I also tried the non-traditional path: hypnotherapy, NLP, and EFT. Over the years I have researched numerous techniques to reduce phobia anxiety. I love to explore different angles ranging from the scientific to the spiritual. I share these tools and techniques here to help you find your own path from fear to freedom!
